At the core of the system are high-density infrared tubes, built for the real world of industrial work. We run them on 400V because that power keeps the heat consistent, even over long runs, so you don’t get dips in performance down the line. The tubes are sized to match your conveyor width, so you get even coverage—no hot spots, no cold gaps. And the 2500W rating delivers the punch needed to get PVB film up to temperature quickly. That speed means your line can move faster, but it also means you need to plan for it. Make sure your electrical setup and cooling are ready, because this thing throws off real heat in the enclosure.

We use halogen-filled quartz tubes for one reason: they deliver stable, instant heat. The halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so output stays consistent over the life of the lamp. That means less maintenance downtime. And the quartz body handles the shock of rapid on-off cycling without cracking. For the connections, we went with the R7s two-pin connector. It’s compact, proven, and makes wiring straightforward. When a lamp needs swapping, it’s quick and easy. It’s a drop-in fit for standard fixtures, so you don’t have to rework the whole setup.
What It Feels Like on the Line
Here’s the difference you’ll actually feel. Zone control lets you set independent temperature ramps across multiple heating stages. You ramp up to soften the film, hold steady for the cut, then cool fast to set the bond. That control means fewer problems—less edge delamination, less scrap, and a cycle time that stays tight. You get repeatable quality at production speed, with way less guesswork and fewer passes to fix mistakes.
